It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the loss of Angelo Stirpe, at the age of 68 on Tuesday, April 6th, 2021. He will be forever missed by his loving daughters Catherine and her husband Claudio and Silvana and her husband Peter. His memory will live on through his two grandsons, Nicholas and Luca and granddaughter, Georgia.
Angelo was born on April 24th, 1952, in Frosinone, Italy. After much deliberation, Angelo and his family eventually settled in Canada so that he could provide his daughters with lives of endless opportunities.
In his journey to find his calling, he ventured into various professions making lifelong friends along the way. He undoubtedly found his place in the hospitality industry. Creating an ambience and memorable dining experience was something Angelo was extremely passionate about. No matter what the walk of life, his clientele always felt like royalty.
He was an honest man, a loyal friend and an empathetic soul who left an impression wherever he went. A lover of books, tradition and the arts. Always up for a good debate or heartfelt conversation over a glass of wine or espresso. He will be sorely missed by all those who had the honour of knowing and loving him for he was.
