Bernice Blackstone

Bernice will be painfully missed by her husband of 54 years, Ian Blackstone, her sons Mark (Emily Reed) and Simon Blackstone, her grandchildren, Sophia and Eli Reed-Blackstone and Rachel Blackstone, as well as her sister Charna Yasny (Bob Yasny) and her nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. 

Bernice instinctively aided and assisted all those around her for the entirety of her life. She will be greatly missed by the friends and family to whom she was devoted and whose lives she enriched with her love, thoughtfulness, generosity and sharp mind. 

Family and friends will be gathering to remember Bernice on December 30, 2023 in her home, 39 Old Mill Road, Apt. 2003 from 2pm to 5pm. All are welcome. 

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to Medecins Sans Frontieres/Doctors Without Borders and/or Sistering.
