Blanche Lake

It is with saddened hearts we announce Blanche Lake (nee Noseworthy), aged 86, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2015 at Scarborough General Hospital. Mom was born March 9, 1929, in Bishop's Falls, NL, the daughter of Clarence James and Elizabeth Jane.

Mom is predeceased by her dear husband Bert (2011); sister Ruth; brothers Von and Douglas.

She is survived by her loving children Jim (Christa), Mike, Beth and Lisa. Devoted grandma to Kathy, Danny, Tanya (Jonathan), Dylan and Erica; proud great grandma to Dylan and Tyler. She will forever remain in the hearts and memories of her three brothers and four sisters.

We are planning a celebration of her life in late August and ask everyone to refer to this site for further details. We encourage all to post loving pictures, sentiments, memories and songs in Mom's memory. Donations may be made to the Salvation Army or a charity of your choice in her honour.
