Brian Marshall passed away peacefully at St. Peter's Hospital Hamilton Ontario on October 26, 2019. Although Brian was in their care for a short period of time, the family would like to thank the professional and gracious staff at St. Peter's.
Brian was predeceased by his late wife Shirley E Marshall and survived by his children, Paul Leslie Marshall, Antony Marshall, Julie Marshall, Pamela Jane Arkinson, Douglas Sanford Taylor, Wendy Lou Paparoni and Roger Taylor.
Born in Bolton, Lancashire UK on September 15, 1931. Moved to Coventry at age 6 or 7, prior to W11. Schooled at Ravensdale Wyken, John Gulson Secondary School, 5 year Indentured Apprenticeship at GEC Telephone as a Telephone Mechanic. Became a "Freeman of the City of Coventry" in 1952. Employed at GC Philips, (contract drawing office), Self Changing Gears.
Brian immigrated to Canada in 1965. Employed by Westinghouse, TTT Cannon and Atomic Energy of Canada until his retirement.
Rest in peace Brian, Dad, Granddad, and Great Granddad.
