Her life took a hopeful turn on July 29, 2020, when she received a life-saving double lung transplant, a testament to her immense will to thrive.
Though she faced tumultuous times, including kidney failure in 2024 and the need for dialysis three times a week, Chantal's unwavering hope and determination shone brightly. She embraced the potential for a kidney transplant with joy after completing all preliminary tests, demonstrating her unwavering spirit until the very end. Chantal had a unique ability to inspire those around her with her positive outlook and endless love for others. She will always be remembered as Wonder Woman.
As they navigate this profound loss, her family holds dear the numerous cherished memories created with their beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Chantal will forever be remembered for her laughter, her love, and her unwavering strength. She has left behind a legacy marked by resilience, kindness, and an unparalleled zest for life.
