Charles Richard Burrows

Charles (Chuck) Burrows; June 2nd 1948- April 19, 2019, passed away beside loved ones the evening of April 19th 2019.

Chuck was a respected and dedicated educator, author, drummer, and mentor. His teaching pedagogy is recognized throughout the world and his commitment to developing and educating drummers has impacted many lives. The Ottawa drumming and music community has suffered a tremendous loss as well as his family, friends and loved ones. He will be missed dearly but forever remembered. Chuck’s celebration of life will be held this coming Sunday, June 16th from 4pm-8pm at KS on the Keys; 1029 Daze Street, Ottawa. All are welcome to attend. Hors-d’oeuvre’s and deserts will be served.
