Clarence Austin Hunter

CLARENCE AUSTIN HUNTER March 7, 1944 - January 3, 2018 (Former Floor Trader, Toronto Stock Exchange) It is with deep sadness we announce Clarence's passing, at home, in his 74th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Marilyn (Meenan) for 42 years, loving and devoted father to Tanya (Patrick J. Smith) and Natalie (Beau Morin) and proud and adoring grandfather of Hunter and Ruby Morin. Clarence was born in Pictou County, Nova Scotia; one of 13 children born to Gesner and Elizabeth (MacKenzie) Hunter. He is survived by sisters Dorothy Clark (NS), Irene Clark (AB), Kathleen Gilchrist (AB), Janice Ricketts (ON) and Judy Graham (NB). He was a much loved uncle and great-uncle to many nieces and nephews and their families. He is also fondly remembered by Marilyn’s family as “the special guy” Clarence was happiest when surrounded by his family and they were at his bedside when he left this world. He will be greatly missed by many. RIP Sweet Prince...you are loved.
