Cveta Kovacevic

In loving memory of Cveta Kovacevic who passed away at age 91, on Wednesday, July 24. 2024 at Michael Garron Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. Cveta will be laid to rest beside her late husband Milivoje Mico Kovacevic in a family crypt in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Cveta was predeceased by her parents Cvetko and Vukosava Popovic, siblings Branislava, Nenad and Jelena, niece Ljubica and parents in law Novica and Angelina Kovacevic.

Cveta' life was devoted to her family and she was loved among relatives and friends for her compassionate and caring nature.

Forever remembered, the love and generosity that Cveta gifted to every life she touched will continue to be our inspiration. Cveta's kindness and uplifting presence will be missed by her surviving family and friends.

Sons Nebojsa and Novica, daughter in law Shannon Leslie with grandson Gavrilo and family Leslie, daughter Jelena and son in law Mukrim with grandchildren Timon and Tara, nice Nevena with husband Vladimir Radelic,brother- in law Vule Willy Kovacevic, families Kovacevic, Popovic, Milkica and Srdjan Granzov with daughters Maja and Nina, friends in Canada, Bosnia, Serbia and all over the world. 

Family of Cveta's daughter Jelena Sisic is thankful to Integra Home Care and Ontario Health at Home, all of their staff, personal support workers and nurses for their professional and kind support.
Sincere heartfelt thank you to Toronto Paramedics and to the staff, nurses and physicians at Michael Garron Hospital in Toronto for their compassionate care of our mother, grandmother Cveta.
