Dalton (Dane) Little John Salter

Dalton (Dane) Little John Salter, 70, of Toronto ON passed away Tuesday April 20th at his home. Son of Dalton and Thelma, husband of Sherry, father of Dane and Shannon, grandfather of Amber-Lynn, Dakota, Matheus, Cole and Scott, brother to Gayle and Deborah, friend to many. Dane (to everyone who knew him) grew up at Carlaw and Gerrard where he would play a protector role to his two big sisters, meet his wife Sherry along with his life long best friend Wayne. He would later father two children then become a grandpa of five. Dane worked at the City of Toronto for over 30 years, a true jack of all trades who loved his pickup truck and could have been a chef had he chosen that path. It was next to impossible to go anywhere with Dane and not run into someone who knew him and called him friend, the kind of man who would help his family and friends through any hardships that came there way, a man with forgiveness in his heart with an infectious smile that would lite up any room he entered.

Rest In Peace grandpa, father, brother, uncle, friend, until we meet again.
