David Edward Lavoie

Passed away peacefully at Toronto Casey House on July 18, 2022.Beloved son of the late Joseph (1986) and Helen Lavoie (2009) and predeceased by his brother Joseph William Lavoie (2014). He will be sadly missed by his brother, John and his wife Vickie of Sarnia and his sister, Mary Helen Reynolds of Wheatley. David was a proud Uncle to Joel, Shelby, Brayden, Brian Joshua Reynolds and his wife Chancella

David was born, raised and went to school in Sarnia. He received his diploma for Manufacturing Technician at Conestoga College in Kitchener, ON. His Career took him on an interesting path. Manager and Bartender to a Corporate Commodity Buyer in the Steel Industry. He was well liked and respected by his peers. A very kind, caring and compassionate man. David’s interests ranged from learning Spanish, French to Computer Applications. His real passion was to become a chef, but his incurable illness chose a different road.

We would like to thank each and every person that gave our brother the best care, compassion and kindness at Casey House.

Cremation has taken place. A private service will follow at a later date .Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Casey House.
