Denis Jacques passed away peacefully at the Madawaska Valley Hospice Palliative Care with his loving family by his side on Tuesday, May 28th, 2019 at the age of 58 years. Beloved father to Chloée, dear brother to Michel (Eugénie), adored son to Monique (née Villeneuve), and close friend to Catherine. Predeceased by his father Roger Jacques. He will be fondly remembered by his friends and neighbours in Killaloe.
A small gathering of Denis's immediate family will take place on his property. In his honor, donations to the Madawaska Valley Hospice Palliative Care would be appreciated.
