Dianne Marie Urry

Passed peacefully at Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice in Kanata, February 19, 2025, in her 75th year.

Daughter of the late Albert and Irene Le Marquand.

Beloved wife of the late Robert (Bob) Urry (2006) for 35 years. Dianne was a loving mother of Kymberly-Ann Urry, Karyn Fairhurst and Ryan Urry.

Proud and treasured grandma of Rebecca (Brayden), Jaccob, Logan, Peyton and Ruston.

Dear sister to Donald (2014) and Ian. Cherished sister-in-law to Patricia and Laura.

Loving Aunt to Brant (Debra), Dean (2008), Paul (Teresa), Michelle (Dave) and Colleen.

Remembered and loved by many families and friends, Dianne will always be remembered for her devoted love and dedication to her family.

Many years spent with Bob and the kids, racing, travelling and camping as a family.

She will be remembered for being a Girl Guide, Pathfinder and Ranger leader for many years.

Working with the Region of Halton as a PSW for Allendale and Post Inn.

Dianne’s rhythm and dancing moves surpassed many and she was never shy about taking over the dance floor.

Her personality and sense of humor stood out to those who knew her well. Often with a little shock factor thrown in!

She loved to do her crafts, stained glass and always enjoyed a good game of BINGO. Her strength was amazing as was her tolerance for pain. So gratefully you are now at peace.

Say Hi to Dad. You’re together again.

Her big, beautiful blue eyes shining with a big smile.

The family would like to sincerely thank Audrey for making Dianne’s final wish come true. Thanks also to the wonderful support staff, doctors, nurses, PSW’s, maintenance workers and volunteers.

All of you absolutely ROCK!

Your compassion and exceptional care for Dianne was tremendous. It will never be forgotten.
