Dorothy Joan Johnston

Dorothy Joan Johnston (nee Ross) born May 25th, 1934 in Toronto, Ontario died peacefully on Wednesday August 7th, 2024 at Langstaff Square Community Care in Richmond Hill, Ontario. She was 90.

She is survived by her sons Brad and Doug Johnston, her three grandchildren - Amy, Sara and Peter and two great grandchildren - Max and Charlotte. Her husband Al, passed away in December 2023.

Dorothy lived for over 40 years on a beautiful property just outside Stouffville, Ontario and she was involved with the Lemonville Community Arts and Crafts and was a dedicated volunteer at the Markham Fair.

Dorothy and husband Al loved to camp at Killbear Provincial Park in the summers and took many cruising vacations in Europe and the Caribbean. She loved to garden and spend many hours outdoors.

There will be no funeral service and donations, if you care to make them, can be made to your local Alzheimer Society.
