Passed away peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on (08/09/2016) in his 70th year. Loving husband of Susan Grigsby (Rimes). Beloved father of Rhonda McDonald (Marvin), Sean (Sandi), Ian (Alison), and Andrew (Lisa). Proud grandfather of Joshua McDonald (Kris), Zachary, Jacob McDonald, Stephanie, Samantha, Chelsea, Ashley, Owen, and Scott. Great grandfather of Isaiah, Keaton, and Ellie. Son of the late Harold Grigsby and survived by Martha Grigsby (van Beek) and Brother of Ron Grigsby (Sharon).
Graduated from Pauline Johnson Collegiate and Vocational School, and he worked at Bay City Steel for 32 years. Edward served in the Royal Canadian Air Force. His accomplishments included winning the Ontario Junior Archery Championship and a medal for marksmanship in the Air Force. His hobbies involved wood working and fishing, and he was a former President of the Halton Aquarium Society.
