Elsa Horvath passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 9, 2017 at the age of 84 at The Shelburne Nursing Home.
Elsa was born June 17, 1932 in Steinbach (Friedensfield), Manitoba. Elsa was loved by all who knew her. She was easygoing, light-hearted and friendly and will be missed. She loved gardens, flowers, needlepoint, sewing and crafts. Elsa was predeceased by her parents, a brother, a sister and a brother-in-law. She is survived by her son Gord, two daughters Janet (Tom) & Josey, two brothers, three sisters, four grandchildren and one great-grandson.
A celebration of life will be held at the Port Credit Legion [35 Front Street North, Mississauga, Ontario] in the Round Room on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 1:00 pm.
Interment will take place following the service at 4:00pm at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens.
