Emilia Marekova Cogan

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Emilia Marekova Cogan (March 11th, 1951 - November 23rd, 2020). Emilia was born in Michalovce, Slovakia. She became a nurse and later emigrated to Canada. Emilia was fortunate to travel to many places and had a passion for languages and cultural studies. She leaves behind her son Peter Alexander, sister Maria, and brothers Jozef and Ladislav. Emilia will be remembered as positive and inspirational. May she rest in peace and forever stay in our hearts.

Service will be held Friday, December 11th at 11 AM in Etobicoke and details to be sent to immediate friends and family due to current health restrictions.
