Emily Edwards

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Emily Edwards, age 39, following health complications.

Emily grew up on the Rosneath peninsula in Scotland and moved back to Canada to attend Trent University, before moving to Perth and going on to a career she loved in the field of social work.

Emily loved to travel, but was somehow always still here during the cold winter months when her beloved Ottawa Senators were playing!

Emily will be deeply missed by her mother Kathleen (Law) and step-father Stuart Harrower, sisters Shannon and Allison and their families, brother Matthew, father Douglas Edwards, and step-siblings Piper, Zachary and Scott and Adrian. Pre-deceased by grandparents Ralph and Patricia Edwards, and Bill and Norah Law.

Emily was a bright light to all who were fortunate enough to be in her life. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
