Etelvina Duarte

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden, yet peaceful passing of Etelvina at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday, October 28, 2013, at the age of 81. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by Domingos, her husband of 56 years, her sons John (Winifred Chapman) and Joe (Sue), her grandchildren Alex (Marissa), Ryan, Raechelle and Kevin, her great-granddaughter Paulina, and the rest of her extended family in Canada and in her native Portugal. We wish to thank the management and staff at the Village of Taunton Mills (Whitby) for the care and friendship they provided Etelvina during her residency there. Respecting her wishes, Etelvina will be cremated with no immediate service. A public memorial will be held at the Village of Taunton Mills on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, at 2:30 p.m. As expression of sympathy, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
É com grande tristeza que anunciamos a s&uacutebita, mas tranquila morte de Etelvina no hospital Lakeridge Health Oshawa na segunda-feira, 28 de outubro, 2013, a idade de 81. Ela vai ser lembrada com carinho por Domingos, seu marido de 56 anos, seus filhos John (Winifred Chapman) e Joe (Sue), seus netos Alex (Marissa), Ryan, Raechelle e Kevin, sua bisneta Paulina, e o resto de sua família no Canadá e no seu Portugal natal. Queremos agradecer a administraçé�o e os funcionários do Vila de Taunton Mills (em Whitby) para o carinho e amizade que forneceram Etelvina durante a sua residência. Respeitando seus desejos, Etelvina será cremada sem atendimento imediato. Um memorial p&uacuteblico será realizado na Vila de Taunton Mills na terça-feira 26 de novembro, 2013, é s 14h30. Como expressé�o de simpatia, doaçé�es podem ser feitas a Associaçé�o Alzheimer.
