Evelyn Livermore

Evelyn Livermore, (nee Churn), age 88, passed away after a lengthy illness on Saturday, September 10, 2016 in Ottawa. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Liz Livermore, her son-in-law, Conrad Baumgartner, her grandson, William van Nieuwenhuyze and his wife, Siobhan, and her great grand-daughter, Daphne Iris Evelyn van Nieuwenhuyze. Born on August 29, 1928, in Portsmouth, England, Evelyn ventured to Canada in 1950 on the Queen Mary ship to settle in Montreal where she met her loving husband, the late Major Ralph Livermore. Evelyn was an avid crossworder, had impeccable aesthetic taste and a love for animals. She will be deeply missed by her family. Evelyn’s life will be celebrated on Saturday, October 1, 2016, between 2-5pm, at 88Villa Crescent, Ottawa, K2C 0H6.
