Evelyn Suico

Evelyn Suico, 74, passed away Saturday, September 5th, 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born to the late Dominador & Virginia Suico on February 16th, 1946, in Manila, Philippines. She immigrated to Canada in 1978, settling in Moncton, New Brunswick. She made lifelong friendships within the Filipino community in the Moncton area. In 1998, she moved to Toronto to be closer to family. Evelyn was a very hard worker and had an array of occupations throughout her life, most recent a nanny to numerous families in the GTA.

She will be greatly missed by her children Daniel, Evangeline, Charlene (Justin) & Jason (Abby). She was Lola to ten beautiful grandchildren, Robi, Kevin, David, Anthony, Brittney, Sydney, Kaiya, Emily, Cazley, Callum; two great-grandchildren Alessandro and Kelvin; her sister Elvie (Wayne) Johnson of Potomac, Illinois; family friends Muoy & Glenn; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, brothers Eddie & Elvin, and sister Edith.

The family requests donations to be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, in lieu of flowers.
