Fergus Montague Thompson,

August 15 1931 – May 16 2017

After many years of illness, Fergus passed away on May 16 2017 at the age of 85 at the Queensway Carleton Hospital in Ottawa Ontario. He is survived by his loving wife Janette, beloved sons Milton (Shar), Howard (Carole) , Spencer, Tristan and cherished granddaughter Anastasia. As well as many family members in Jamaica and around the world.

Fergus took great pride in his academic achievements and in the career choices that followed.

His desire for knowledge continued throughout his life.

We would like to thank the staff at Queensway Carleton Hospital for the loving care and compassion given to Fergus over the years.

We respectfully honor the request by Fergus that no service be held.
