Fernanda do Rosario Tome Silva, born on June 13, 1934, in Portugal, peacefully passed away on October 21, 2023, in Toronto at the age of 89. She was known for her loving nature and strong devotion to her family. Fernanda's passing was a result of complications from Alzheimer's disease.
Fernanda was a woman of many roles and talents. She dedicated her life to being a loving mother and wife, a doting grandmother, an entrepreneur and a fantastic cook. Her skills in the kitchen were renowned among her family and friends who cherished the meals she prepared with love and care. Fernanda found joy in these simple pleasures and brought warmth to every gathering.
She will be deeply missed by her family members - her two loving sons Rick (Erin) and Luis (Marie, deceased), as well as three wonderful grandchildren Emerson, James, and Kristen. Fernanda now reunites with her beloved husband, Vasco.
