Francicia Mitchell,

It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the death of Francicia Franka Mitchell, who passed away on Friday February 7th, 2025 after a long battle with breast cancer. Her final days were spent peacefully in care at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga, constantly surrounded by family and close friends.
Daughter of Anna and Charles Leonard Mitchell, beloved wife of the late Silochan Ramlogan,mother to Kevin Mitchell (Vanessa) and Kyle Ramlogan (Diane), and grandmother to four grandchildren - Liam, Khiara, Theo and Zoey. 
Loving sister to Kimoy (deceased), Leslie (deceased), Betty-Lou (deceased), Zona, Marilyn (deceased), Thelma, Peter and Dereck (Linny).

Known as the anchor for the family, and for her delicious cooking and simplicity, Franka will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
