Frank (Francois) Noel

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our father peacefully on Saturday, October 14th, while in residence at the CHSLD des Collines.

Frank Noel of Kazabazua, Quebec was born on June 30th, 1944 to Omer Noel and Delores Bertrand. Predeceased by wife Marilyn Day, sisters Theresa and Marie, brothers Peter, John and Maurice. He is survived by his brother Adrian.

Frank will be sadly missed by his daughters Jeanette and Vickie, grandchildren Ken, Kyle, Jessie, Cody and Travis.

Frank loved to share fond memories of growing up in Kazabazua. He moved to Ottawa with his wife and young children for work, but later returned back to his beloved small town life. In his later years, he enjoyed a simple life and could usually be found sitting on his porch or puttering in his workshop.

Special thanks to the nurses and staff at CHSLD des Collines for their excellent care and support over the past 20 months. Thank you for writing those "imaginary work cheques" and providing afternoon "wine" (cranberry juice). You all helped more than you know!

Final thanks to Bill & Bob over many years.

There will be a private celebration of life held at a future date.
