Gail Cecile Jacqueline Kealey

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother (GGG) Gail "CJ" Kealey at the age of 84 on Saturday, February 8th at Valley Stream Retirement Residence in Ottawa after a sudden but short battle with cancer. For her final ten weeks, she was surrounded by love, laughter, kindness, friends and family but God ultimately guided her to eternal peace where her mind, body, and soul are now free to soar in peace with the birds. Gail (Mom) had a deep love for Jesus, animals and her fellow seniors, and she was the first to help her neighbors in their times of need. Mom, sister to Glen and Lorraine and daughter of Gracia and Emmett, will be missed by her dear friends Pat, Doug and Jane, her children, Sandra (Rob), Jamie, Steve and Julie (Skip / Dave), her grandchildren Alexandra, Ryanne, Olivia, Tessa and Ellie, her great grandchildren, Gavin, Palmer and Charlie — and of course her best friend, Zoë the Second. 

Rest peacefully, Mumski, because you've certainly earned it.
