Geoffrey Cooper

Much loved husband and father, Geoffrey Cooper, passed away peacefully August 5, 2023 at the Ruddy Shenkman Hospice. Geoffrey leaves behind his loving wife Victoria Hum, his son Matthew (Coreena), daughter Emma (Mathieu), his grandson Jaxon, and his siblings Pam (Michael), Janet (Doug), Laura (Jim), and many dear nieces and nephews. Geoffrey was predeceased by his parents Alfred and Dorothy, and his brothers, John and Ken.

Geoffrey loved trying new recipes, photography, collecting coins and especially time spent fishing at the cottage. Most of all Geoffrey loved his time with his family and watching his grandson play. In keeping with Geoffrey's wishes, cremation has taken place with no service planned. His loved ones will celebrate Geoffrey’s life privately at a later date but are very grateful for the thoughts and prayers sent on his behalf.

The family wishes to thank the palliative care team of doctors, nurses and all the staff and volunteers at the Ruddy Shenkman Hospice for the kind and compassionate care they gave him and us. We will forever be grateful for such loving care.
