Grazyna Bialy (Babcia)

It is with profound sadness that we say goodbye to our loving wife, mom and “Babcia”, Grażyna Bialy, who passed away suddenly on March 25, 2025 at the age of 70. She is predeceased by her father, Antoni Kukuła, and her mother, Mirosława Kukuła. Grażyna immigrated to Canada from Poland with her husband, Krzysztof, and son, Janusz, in 1991. She worked hard and was resourceful. Grażyna taught us the importance of being patient, calm and accepting. Having grown up on a farm, she had a love for flowers and plants, and we could always count on her green thumb to bring our houseplants and gardens back to life. Grażyna was very devoted to her family. She was always supportive of our decisions and gave the best advice, reminding us to slow our pace and enjoy life’s simple pleasures. Grażyna’s greatest joys in life were her son and her granddaughter, Félicia. She was very proud of them. She loved having Félicia over for sleepovers, baking her famous apple cake for her, and she was so happy to be able to speak to her in Polish. Babcia, thank you for blessing our lives. We will love you until the end of time!

A small memorial service will be held for close friends and family.
