Passed away peacefully at St. Michael’s Hospital on April 7, 2017 in her 67th year.
Preceded in death by loving husband Bill and father Mauri Ikonen.
Beloved mother of Geoff (Carolyn), Ryan (Laura), and Katie (Jakub).
Proud mummi of Maddy and Mikko.
Loving daughter of Aino Alaniemi.
Beloved sister of Anitta and Ruth.
Hannele was an accomplished seamstress and took up painting later in life.
Funeral service at Thornton Cemetery (1200 Thornton Rd N, Oshawa) on Wednesday, April 12 at 1:30pm
