Harold Wendell Osbourne, of 4th Avenue Mannings Land, Bank Hall, Barbados, was born December 27th, 1940 as the second child of five, and the first son to parents Clairmonte Theophilus and Verona Icilda Osbourne .
As a boy he enjoyed fishing, a pastime he would continue to take delight in throughout his life, various genres of music, buying a new car when he fancied, and listening to his vast collection of comedy albums. He revelled in the opprotunity to gain a new ear to listen to a joke he recently learned, or take in a song he believed should be heard. He would pass on this love of comedy and music to both of his children.
Shortly after arriving in Canada in 1967, he would marry and enjoy long career as a paper maker with Facelle/J.D. Irving Tissue, which he would be able to provide for his family for many years, and retire from in 2002.
In his later years, he could be found relaxing on the deck listening to music, maintaining his tomato plants, and watching the three grandchildren he loved grow.
Harold's presence, stories, and humor will be greatly missed by those he met throughout his 74 years of life.
May he find rest and eternal peace in the arms of the Father.
