Hazel Barbara Lefort

LEFORT, Hazel passed away peacefully in her 87th year at Michael Garron Hospital in Toronto, Ontario, on January 29, 2020.  Hazel had five children who she adored; Carol Lethbridge, Bill Lethbridge, Debbie Sampson, Frank Lethbridge and Cheryl Lethbridge.  Hazel was a resident of True Davidson Acres where she loved to sing and dance and participate in a variety of activities.
