Helen Marie (Corbett) Donaldson

Donaldson (nee Corbett), Helen Marie passed away peacefully at Wellington Park Care Center in the early hours of Jan 14th 2021, a short time after her 90th Birthday.

Both of her children and all 3 of her grandchildren were able to see her on her 90th birthday.

Loving mother of Bonnie (Ron) and Penny. Proud Gran to Derek (Noelle), Arlene and Michael. Great Gran to Coen, Emily and Charlotte.

Daughter of the late Mabel and Wilbert Corbett.

Survived by her siblings Gerty, Kenny and Verna.

Predeceased by her husband Victor, brothers Bob, Jimmy and Victor and Son in Law Bob.

The family has decided to forego a virtual service at this time and instead wait until current restrictions are lifted and we are able to gather together in person to celebrate Helen’s life. Details will be provided when a celebration of life can be arranged.

I thought of you with love today,

But that is nothing new.

I thought about you yesterday,

And days before that too.

I think of you in silence,

and often speak your name.

Thankful for the memories,

And pictures in a frame.

Your memory is my keepsake,

With which I’ll never part.

It’s time for you to rest now,

Right here in my heart.
