Hendrik (Hank) Drenth

Our family is sad to announce the passing of Hendrik (Hank) Drenth on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at Matthews House in Alliston. Hank was born in the Netherlands on Oct 30, 1946 to parents Hendrik and Tjabelina and was the third of four brothers, the late Berend (Froukje), the late Herman (the late Nancy) and Roy (Carol). 

He was the loving husband of Jackie and beloved father of Jason and Amanda (Bill Keogh). He will be missed by his grandchildren, Matthew and Lauren Drenth and Emily and Danica Keogh, his sister in law Fran Smelko and her family. He loved them all dearly. 

The majority of his working life was spent at Procter & Gamble in Hamilton where he had many friends.

After retirement he had many wonderful summers with friends and family at the cottage in Gravenhurst, going south to Myrtle Beach in the winters where he joined a large group of snow birds for many dinners out and lots of fun.
