It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marika. She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Friend and Neighbor. Marika passed away peacefully on March 3, 2024. She will be joining her husband, Bacsa Henrik who passed away 1997. She will also be joining her loved ones.
Born in Hungary, Budapest, and then moved to Canada when her first granddaughter was born. One of Marika’s passions was her family, her daughters and her beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren and son in laws. She loved spending time with them. She was also very passionate about giving, whether it was her love, her food, or her crafts. She made handmade pillows and bracelets that she would give out to her friends and family. She was a kind and selfless soul. Always thinking about and caring for others. She was beautiful inside and out. Everyone loved and adored her and everyone knew her as “Mama”. She has touched so many lives in her life. She will be greatly missed by her daughters, son in laws, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all her relatives and friends.
