Horst Adolf BOLIK

passed away quietly at Campbell House Residential Hospice in his 84th year on Wednesday, March 15th 2018.

Born November 11th, 1934 in Hildesheim, Germany, survived by beloved wife Brigitte Hoffman, and loving father to predeceased daughter Marianne and surviving son Andreas (Gina). Grandfather to Christina, Viola and brother to Joerg (Karin) and extended family. In addition, fondly remembered and missed by Otmar, Ilse, Aileen and Emelie.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Collingwood General & Marine Hospital and the caring staff at Campbell House Hospice.
