Iraklis (Hercules) Mouhtaridis

Iraklis, known as Hercules to many, died surrounded by loved ones at the age of 87. 

He is lovingly remembered by partner Sofia, her son Demos and his wife Maria; he was a beloved pappou to Sofia, Andriana, and Elina. He is dearly missed by daughter Vicki and her husband Demetri; he took great delight in being a papouli to granddaughters Moira and Anastasia. He leaves behind his sister Eleni, with whom he was so close, and many friends. He is predeceased by wife Moira. Born in Soufli, Thrace, in Northern Greece, he was the youngest of eight children born to Vasiliki and Pashalis; he immigrated from Athens to Toronto in 1965. He was proud of building his own business and running his machine shop in Mississauga for many years. May he live on in the memories of those who loved him.
