Jacek Chabelski

April 13, 1959 - August 1, 2022

CHABELSKI, Jacek (Jack) - Passed suddenly in a motor vehicle accident on August 1, 2022, at the age of 63.

Jacek was born in Łódź, Poland, and moved to Canada with his wife and eldest child, Ania, in 1989.

Survived by his mother Jadwiga, his wife, Elzbieta; children, Ania, Marek (Jordan) and his beautiful grandchildren, Sophie, Ava, Ella, Olivia, Fiona, and Isabella.

If anyone knew Jacek, they knew he loved being in his boat, casting his rod and reeling the fish in. He would want us to smile and remember the good times that were shared.

He will be missed dearly, and will continue to live on in our hearts and memories.

A mass will be held on Thursday August 18 9:30 am
