James T Milligan

James Turnbull Milligan passed away at the Vermont Square Long Term Care Facility on December 21 at the age of 81. A former member of the Royal Canadian Navy, he also had careers as a commercial artist and teacher. An avid runner, Jim’s singing and harmonica playing talents helped him through the dementia he suffered during his final years. He is survived by his sister Margaret of Victoria, B.C. His friends will have a celebration of his life at a later date. “May the wind be always at your back, old friend.”
