“ Jane Scott, fierce woman, warrior, animal lover, artist, wife, mother, and grandmother finished her earthwalk and began her spiritwalk Friday June 18. She bravely fought cancer for 30 years. She leaves behind her husband Brian, daughter Jessica (Cal), granddaughters Amelia and Freya, and grandson on the way. Loved and remembered by sisters Lise, Nancy (her twin), Julie and brothers Ted and Steven. Should you wish, find a drum, any kind of drum, and drum and sing a song for her as she moves into her spirit walk. Her pets will meet her at the Rainbow bridge and lead her across the bridge to join her family already on their spirit walks.
Our very very deep gratitude to ALL the medical professionals who helped her and fought for her on this last earthwalk challenge. And the exemplary, caring and compassionate staff at the Ottawa General. You made the extremely difficult last days in the icu more bearable with your understanding and compassion. For that we are very grateful. There will be a graveside commitment for immediate family members. A Celebration of life to follow at a later date.”
