Janusz Duk

Our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Janusz Duk entered into God’s Kingdom on February 13th, 2022.

Janusz was born to Zofia and Alfred Duk on August 26, 1937 in Warsaw, Poland.  He moved to Canada in 1958 and worked at Bombardier/De Havilland for 33 years.

In 1964, Janusz met Irena, a match truly made in heaven. Janusz & Irena went on to have two children, Margaret and Derek. Janusz was a loving individual who thrived off of making people laugh. He was the life of the party and will be truly missed.

Janusz joins Derek, Zofia, and Alfred in Heaven. He will be greatly missed by his wife Irena, daughter Margaret, grand-daughter Melania and her partner Patrick, cousins and friends in Canada and Poland.

Rosary: 11:00am Saturday, February 19, 2022 at St. Eugene De Mazenod Church in Brampton, ON, followed by the funeral mass that begins at 11:30am.

Zdrowaś Maryjo, łaski pełna, Pan z Tobą, błogosławionaś Ty między niewiastami, i błogosławiony owoc żywota Twojego, Jezus. Święta Maryjo, Matko Boża, módl się za nami grzesznymi teraz i w godzinę śmierci naszej. Amen.
