Jason John William Tompkins

It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Jason John William Tompkins (50 years young), on the 15th of June, 2022 at Toronto General Hospital.  Survived by his Partner Karl van Blerk, sister Lisa Metauro, Uncle to Mat, Samantha and Will and Great Uncle to Liam, Landon & Amelia. Step dad to Kyle-Dylan van Blerk and his wife Charlotte Rose.
