Jean Antoinette Kapinski

Jean Kapinski, of Oakville, born on November 4, 1934 in Toronto, to the late Vera and Joseph Chwala, passed away in her 84th year on July 3, 2018 in Oakville. Married to and survived by her loving husband Chet Kapinski. Preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Chwala. Survived by; her sister, Anna Nowicki; her children, John Kafford (Debbie), Lorraine McLean (Grant), Janet Kapinski (Michelle), Michael Kapinski (Sandra) and Don Kapinski; grandchildren, Damen, Sandy, Nicolas, Justin, Ryan and Paige; her great-grandchildren; David, Hunter and Logan.

Jean touched so many hearts. An avid reader, rug hooking and knitting were some of her favourite hobbies. The most important thing to her was her family, she loved them and was proud of each them. Jean loved social gatherings and was the "belle of the ball" listening and telling of stories and adventures. We will all miss her dearly.
