Jean Ella Montag

Montag, Jean Luella (nee Shantz), passed away, December 8, 2017, at the age of 87, while in hospital. Jean goes to join her husband, the late Gerald Montag, both of Kitchener, ON. She was also predeceased by her son, Bruce Montag, who passed away, quite recently. Jean will be sadly missed by daughter, Alex (Wayne); grandsons, Ryan (Jen) and Devon (Kathi); great-grandchildren, Lake and Kaliope; and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Stroke unit, at Grand River Hospital, who cared for Jean, in her final days. Cremation will take place, followed by a Memorial Service at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 544 Bridgeport Rd., Kitchener, at 2 p.m., on Sunday, December 17, 2017. All are welcome.
