Jo-Anne Purcell was born January 16, 1954 to Blanch and Reginald Purcell. Along with her brothers George and Gary which are also passed. She suddenly passed away on December 6, 2023 in her home in Ottawa after battling cancer but succumbed to COPD.

Jo-Anne is survived by her son Daniel Purcell and her granddaughters. She loved to be outdoors to swim with her dogs, fish and see the countryside. She was a loving mother , grandmother and will be greatly missed by us all.
