BURRY, John (Jack)
It is with much sadness the family announces the passing of John on October 2 at the age of 65 of a brain tumor. John was the son of the late Joseph Burry and Helen Warner, stepson of the late Percy. He is sorely missed by his children Paul and Michelle and sister-in-law Lindsay. He was a dear brother to Joe, the late Robert, his sisters Joan and Dianne. He will be missed by his nephews John and DJ, and his good friend Kerry. A loving husband and best friend to Lea Anne for over 46 years. John had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. The family would like to thank the Trillium Health Care Partners for their care and kindness during John's illness. Cremation has already taken place.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made to the Gord Downie Fund For Brain Cancer Research c/o the Sunnybrook Hospital or to a charity of your choice.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion 35 Front Street North Mississauga, Ontario in Port Credit on Saturday November 17th at 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
