John Bussotti

John died peacefully at home at the age of 58 on April 21st, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones.

John was known for his big smile and infectious giggle.  He loved the outdoors, playing sports, especially hockey, travelling and being around family and friends.

He married the love of his life, Leila, on August 5, 1991.  

John was a spiritual man who loved his God, Jehovah, deeply and his spiritual brothers and sisters. Despite being ill for several years, he held on to the hope that one day soon he would be restored to good health on a Paradise earth.  Now he sleeps in God’s memory, waiting for his resurrection.  He was firmly convinced of the promise that “the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out” (John 5:28,29) and Jehovah God “will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will morning nor outcry nor pain be anymore…Look!  I am making all things new.” (Rev. 21:3-5)

A private cremation will be held on April 24th, 2024.

A Memorial service will be held on May 5th, 2024 at 4:00pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 25 Queens Plate Dr, Etobicoke, ON.
