John Lewis

It is with great sadness that on February 28, 2023 in his 69th yr (Aug.7,1954) my loving husband John Ormand (Ormie) Lewis of 47 yrs (June 12), lost his battle to cancer. He is survived by me his loving wife Sharon, our two boys, Michael (Jessica), Brandon (Amanda), our grandson Jax, three siblings, Jim (MaryLou), Gene (Genevieve) and Ann.
He was a super hero that fought with all he had for 7 yrs. He lived by example and was a caring, compassionate man who touched many. He loved his family beyond words, and was so proud of his two boys and the amazing men they have become. His grandson Jax only added to that love and gave John 4 yrs of pure joy watching him grow into the sweetest little boy that he was so proud of.
He passed peacefully surrounded by the ones he loved most as he made his journey home. He will be forever missed but will live in our hearts and memories forever.
RIP John, Dad, Grampy, brother, Uncle and friend. We love you.❤

He loved his family and friends beyond words. He was a man of character who never missed an opportunity to get together with those family and friends. A special gathering is planned in his honour.
