Please join us at Holy Cross Cemetery next Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 11:00 am at the cemetery office where we will process to the gravesite, gather in John’s honour, celebrate his life and bury his ashes. Address: 8361 Yonge Street Thornhill, Ontario, L3T 2C7. It is located just south of HWY 407 between at yonge street and extends eastward to Bayview Ave.

Obituary:


John Alfred Pidgeon, born in Sudbury, Ontario on October 4, 1960 passed away on February 21, 2014 at North York General Hospital at the age of 53. Predeceased by spouse (Suzanne Rivet), parents Gerald and Rita, brothers Gary (wife Gail) and Dennis. Brother of Keith (wife Elaine). Uncle of Karen, Brent, Marnie, Brandee, Kerry and Todd. Great uncle to Keith, Austin, Harrison and Madisyn. John’s laughter, sense of humour and caring heart will be missed dearly by family, friends, fishing buddies and co-workers from CN Rail. Donations in his honour can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association at: https://ocp.diabetes.ca/OD. A memorial service and burial will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, Thornhill, Ontario on Saturday, April 19, 2014. Further details to follow on this site.
