July 25, 2016 – February 21, 2021 (Age 4)

On February 21, 2021, Jomkhur Long passed away as the result of heart failure at the age of 4 years and 7 months at Sick kids hospital in Toronto. Jomkhur was born on Monday, July 25, 2016 to the Shan / Tai family: mother, Nang Lao Kham and the father Sai Long in Ottawa. He will be held in the memory by his parents Sai Long and Nang Lao Kham and sister Sarah Yinglaowan Long.

Jomkhur was naturally a music lover and enjoyed smelling flowers especially flowers at the Dows Lake in Ottawa. Jomkhur tried his best to say what he wanted on whatever he was taught to say by his parents and others.

Jomkhur did not make his parents or sister felt burden and they felt happy every moment of his life before he is passing away. He was loved, and cared by pastors, believers, relatives, teachers, classmates, the doctors, nurses, and staff from CHEO in Ottawa as well as Sick kids and lastly North York General Hospital in Toronto.
