Joyce Schmidt

Joyce Irene Schmidt (nee: Kidd), born December 4, 1923 in Carr, Ontario. Died at Mackenzie Place Long Term Care in Newmarket, On. September 14, 2014 at the age of 90 years of natural causes. She was the daughter of Manson Vernon Kidd, and Janet Kidd (nee: Haggart) of Carr, On. Sister to Denzil Kidd, Hilda Brooks, and Violet Brooks.
She is survived by her sister Gwendolyn Kidd of Dane, Ontario. Her daughter Joyce Govier (Laurance), of Delhi, On., sons Russell Schmidt (Sharon) of Port Perry, On., Edward (Ted) Schmidt (Louise) of Port Hope, On., Roger Schmidt (Ginette) of Oshawa, On. and Justin Schmidt (June) of Aurora, On. She was pre-deceased by her daughter Lorna Zeust (Vern) of Kitchener On.
She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and many many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
