Karen Moore

Karen Joy Moore (Pritchett)

July 29, 1960 – September 15, 2022

After a lengthy illness, Karen passed peacefully at home in Brampton the

morning of September 15, 2022. Karen was born July 29, 1960 in

Gambo, Newfoundland to loving parents Wilmore & Sadie Pritchett.

Beloved wife to Daniel Moore and loving mother to Bonnita Stone (Jim)

and Ryan Wicks (Carrie). Doting Nan to Cole, Austin, Cameron and

Victoria. Karen was one of thirteen children and will be greatly missed

by Winnie (Gord), Geraldine (Ray), Lola (Randy), Rex, Larry (Sandra),

Ivan (Heather), Gloria (Tony), Jackie (Kevin), Rhonda, Dwight (Cindy)

and Sherry (Troy). She was predeceased by her sister Myrtle, father

Wilmore Pritchett and step father Ross Pritchett. Karen was joined by

her mom Sadie three days later on September 18, 2022. She will be

sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Karen will be fondly remembered for her love of family and

Newfoundland.

Cremation has taken place and at Karens’ request there will be no

funeral. She will at a later date be laid to rest in Gambo.
